A: Orders typically ship the following business day and are 1-5 days in transit. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Q:Does the company store accept returns or exchanges?
A: Unfortunately, the company store cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please be sure to check the provided sizing chart when purchasing apparel.
Q: Should I order promo items for company events from the company store?
A: Please consult with the Marketing department for any needs related to events.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: In addition to your merchandise credit voucher, the company store accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Q: If I need to purchase Coalfire-branded items for a work-related event, can I request to have my expenses reimbursed?
A: All questions related to expense reimbursement should be directed to your supervisor.
Q: If an item I want isn’t listed in the company store, does that mean it’s unavailable?
A: All available merchandise is currently listed in the company store. Availability is limited to what is shown online.
We restock the store a few times during the year. If you’d like an item that isn’t currently available, you can open a case in Workday Help to see if/when it will be restocked.
Q: What if I don’t see anything I like in the store?
A: If you don’t see anything you like in the store, you may provide suggestions for merchandise you would like to see stocked in the future. Please submit your feedback and suggestions by opening a case in Workday Help.
Q: How do coupon codes work?
A: If you have a coupon to redeem in the company store, you’ll be prompted to enter your code as part of the checkout process. Your coupon code will discount your order up to the value of your coupon. If you do not exhaust the full value of your coupon in a single order, no remaining balance will be carried forward.
